ExperienceDiplomatic service for the Nigerian government in Liverpool as an information and consular officer from 1975 till 1984. In economic development sector, I became one of the UK’s first enterprise agency directors in the United Kingdom, becoming the director of the Northern Black Business Association in 1986. Successfully led numerous UK and foreign companies through start up to business growth in USA, Nigeria and West Indies. Held senior management positions at the London Development Agency, Leeds City Council, Liverpool City Council, and the London boroughs of Southwark, Barking and Dagenham, I co-managed economic regeneration projects worth £2 billion since 1986.

Why AFFORDAFFORD has taken up the gargantuan task of developing social, employment and enterprise in Africa from a grass roots perspective. This is a major challenge and also represents an immense opportunity for AFFORD. I am looking to use my experience to assist AFFORD in meeting this objective
